I was taking 502 that day on the way home, and i saw a malay man masturbating himself.

I received an anounymous (omg idk how to spell) letter.
It's green.
With my name and address written at the top.
And has a Singapore stamp on top.
fyi, there is nothing inside the letter. Or maybe the thing inside dropped out or what, i don't know, but it's just a blank and empty letter...
May I know who sent me that? Can anybody own up? I'll be really glad if I know it's someone out there, whom I know, who sent it to me.

First of all, I am very very curious who sent that.
And second thing, I am very concerned if there's anything inside the letter that I've missed out.
But third thing, if there is something in the letter, does this mean that "too bad, that thing inside the letter is not meant for me"?
